ECN IT Solutions was founded in 2018 as a do it all MSP (managed service provider). We quickly began to hone in on specific offerings that were unique and necessary for our customers. We cut our teeth providing services to lawyers and in 2020 began to broaden our focus to all professional practices, due mostly to there not being enough lawyers in our city to service. Working with professionals gave us a good idea of what worked and what didn't, as well as how to work with requests, tickets, problems, vendors, and more. We soon realized that providing an awesome help desk and high quality service was not a great differentiater, even though not many others could match us, and began to apply what we learned about IT management to our customers environment. This started with a core focus on vCIO and future technology planning, with precise execution that helped move our customers forward, control budget, and more. In 2020 we added automation to our offerings. Having spend thousands of hours automating massive amounts of our business, we had some idea of how much time we could save our customers. By leveraging our knowledge of automation and problem solving, we were able to help our customers reduce many tasks and save them hundreds of thousands of dollars. In some cases retiring employees were not replaced even while the business was growing rapidly. This means we can now offer our customers something more than just helpdesk and management. By truly becoming a technology partner we can help our customers reach new levels of profitability and growth. Out helpdesk is awesome, our management is complete, our security is top notch and goes through regular audits. We now service over 10000 endpoints and look forward to significant growth over the next few years. Our 2020 goal is to begin offering services across the nation to small businesses everywhere to help them reach new levels of profitability.
